RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Return/Exchange:

All items must be returned within 30 days of shipment. Items that have been washed, worn or otherwise altered are not eligible for return/exchange. Items with makeup, marks, odors or any other damage are not eligible for return/exchange. Please submit your name, order number, date and reason for return/exchange using the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM below. All accepted returns/exchanges will receive full refund. 

Please allow 5-7 days for your order and refund to be processed.

Non-returnable items:

  • All sale items
  • For sanitary reasons, jewelry is considered final sale and may not be returned.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

An email must be sent to shoplilyandvine@gmail.com with an attached photo of the damage/defect clearly marked. Upon review, Lily + Vine will send a return label via email. Damaged/defective items must be returned within 10 days of shipment date. A replacement or full refund will be issued.
